The Terrace Lounge
Situated on ground floor and is perfect for tradeshows, product launches, private events and dinners. The view is over the racecourse with a fantastic outdoor area that can be used for outside dining, Team building or just relaxing.
The Silks Lounge
Our premier venue and is situated on the 1st floor. Silks has its own sound system, dance floor, ceiling to floor curtains that cover the windows and which can divide the venue up into 3 spaces plus an out-door balcony with tables and chairs.

The Marton, Feilding & Rangitikei Lounges
Situated off the main walk through to the Silks lounge & are ideal for small meetings, conferences, breakout rooms, and private dinners. The Marton & Feilding Lounge can be opened up into one venue and the Rangitikei Lounge opens up into Silks.

The Stewards Lounge
Positioned in the members’ stand & is perfect for intimate dinners, small weddings, special occasions, meetings or a breakout room. It has a purpose built bar, an outdoor balcony and great views over the ranges.
The Awapuni Lounge
Sits along side the Stewards Lounge and has the addition of a dance floor. This venue has a purpose built bar, and an outdoor balcony. The Awapuni lounge is a fantastic wedding venue or to have your ‘0’ birthday in. Celebrate & congratulate, dress it up, dim the lights, put the music on & be in your own unique place.
The Birdcage Lounge
Situated on ground floor and is ideal for smaller dinners, weddings and social gatherings. It also is a perfect for a breakout area or for a small meeting. The Birdcage Lounge also has a purpose built bar and an outdoor area for those summer days.
The Eulogy Lounge
Located on the 2nd floor & connected by a walkway, stairs or a lift. This large room has 2 bars and a dance floor, which lends itself to large functions such as Conferences, Balls, Galas & Concerts.
