If your chosen venue is at your own special place the Creative Catering Team will bring our experience to you and, because we take our reputation seriously at Creative Catering, by providing unrivalled, personalized service for your special day and we customize every detail to each unique affair.
Included in your venue hire are tables, chairs, white tablecloths, paper dinner size serviettes, crockery, cutlery, glass-ware, set up, clean up & staffing. We try wherever possible to allow you access the day before.
The Terrace is situated on ground floor and is perfect for small weddings. The view is over the racecourse with a fantastic outdoor area that can be used for pre-dinner drink. It is fully air-conditioned, has good access, free car parking & wonderful natural light.
The Silks lounge is our premier venue, has its own sound system, natural light, dance floor, air-conditioning, ceiling to floor curtains that cover the windows plus divide the venue up into 3 spaces and an out-door balcony with tables and chairs.
The Marton – Feilding Lounge is situated in the corridor to Silks. It also has natural light, air-conditioning, ceiling to floor curtains that cover the windows and an out-door balcony with tables and chairs.
The Stewards Lounge is positioned in the members’ part of the building & is perfect for small weddings, special occasions, meetings or a breakout room. It has a purpose built bar, an outdoor balcony and great views over the ranges.
The Awapuni Lounge sits along-side the Stewards Lounge and has the addition of a dance floor. This venue has a purpose built bar, and an outdoor balcony. The Awapuni lounge is a fantastic wedding venue. Celebrate & congratulate, dress it up, dim the lights, put the music on & be in your own unique place.
The Birdcage Lounge is situated on ground floor and is ideal for smaller dinners, weddings and social gatherings. It also is a perfect for a breakout area or for a small meeting. The Birdcage Lounge also has a purpose built bar and an outdoor area for those summer days.
